Most club social media is a newsletter. Announcements, recaps, reminders, read by the people who already belong. We run campaigns instead: find the problem, pick one message, hammer it until the numbers move. Here is what that did for a youth program down the road.
Nobody joins because of a meeting reminder. Posting what's going on keeps the members you have. Growing means aiming one message at the people you don't have yet.
Not ten problems. The one that matters. For Stonington Football it was simple: not enough new families signing up. Everything else waited.
Messages a stranger can act on, not a schedule or a recap. For the Bears we built four pillars and led with the strongest. Every door clearly marked.
Three ad creatives aimed at three towns. A weekly content cadence that never sleeps. Every post, every ad, every page pushing the same door. Repetition is the strategy, not a side effect.
Every click measured, on a live dashboard the board can open anytime. What works gets more fuel. What doesn't gets killed. No guessing, no monthly PDF.
A volunteer-run youth program. No budget, no staff, and a feed that read like a newsletter. Sound familiar?
We didn't post what was going on. We found the four truths that would move a family off the fence, and every post, ad, and page all summer pushed one of them. The best performers got promoted to paid.
Free to play. We provide the helmets, the pads, and the cleats. You provide the heart. Cost is never the reason a kid sits out.
Kill the stigma with facts. Every coach USA Football certified, EMTs on site, pro-grade gear. Safety is the floor, not the ceiling.
Start them young. Pre-K and K flag makes the entry point fun, safe, and low stakes, and solves the dropout problem before it starts.
Respect the family calendar. Practice at 5:30 PM, three-day weekends in August. Keep your beach days, we handle the evenings.
Live GA4 and Meta data, pulled August 22, 2026. Site launched June 12, 2026. Nine out of ten weekly visitors are new people, not the same families refreshing the schedule.
You keep the keys.
Every login, domain, and account we create is documented and handed to the board. No hostages. If we ever part ways, everything works the day after.
Every one of these is live right now, and every one has a message behind it. Click through and kick the tires.

Youth racing, Eastern Connecticut. Started as ten kids on a dock in Mystic, now three teams racing Optis, 420s, and offshore boats to Bermuda. We rebuilt the brand and the site, then replaced their Google Form with a real registration system, rosters and all. Volunteer-run, so every tool has to work on a phone at the dock.

A Bahamas charter business that lost its flagship 300 miles offshore and had to become a fleet. We built the booking platform, twenty pages deep, and the content engine that carried a loyal audience from one boat's story to a whole destination. Their most-loved post ever ran through this playbook. Same system as the football program, warmer water.

A small-engine shop that was running on paper tickets. We built the site plus a full custom shop system: customers file their own repair orders with photos, and every job is tracked from intake to pickup. Their best ad hit a 17 percent click-through rate. Local business, serious tooling.

A farmhouse B&B chasing wedding bookings, not just overnight stays. We built the site, the wedding packages, and an AI lead bot that answers inquiries the minute they arrive. Higher-value bookings go to whoever responds first. Now that's them.

A marine hardware rep firm covering 30-plus national brands. The site carries the entire line card in a live logo ticker and puts the reps front and center, where relationships actually happen. Built to load fast on a phone in a boatyard. Marine is our home water.

Our own shop. Every client gets what Stonington Football got: a live results dashboard instead of a monthly PDF, and a documented handover of every login we create. We build it, we run it, you own it. That's the whole model.
Visit →Right now the feed tells members what's going on. Fine for the people already in the room. It will never fill a starting line.
Thin fleets? Aging membership? Regattas nobody hears about until the recap? We find the one that matters most and aim everything at it.
One line a lapsed racer or a new boat owner can act on. Come race with us. Then every post, every ad, every page points at that door.
Targeted campaigns reaching every sailor within trailering distance, a weekly cadence that never sleeps, and a live dashboard so the board watches entries climb instead of wondering.
We'll walk you through the football numbers live and show you exactly what season one looks like for ECSA. If it's not a fit, you'll still leave with ideas worth stealing.
